What is your Return policy?
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. Exchanges will only be accepted due to manufacturer defects or shipping damage identified upon receipt of merchandise from the shipping company and only for a replacement item. In case of manufacturer defect, warranties will be honored by SAPAC America. You must notify us within 10 days of the receipt of a defective item.

Warranties will be honored by the SAPAC America. In rare instances (e.g. Discontinued or customized products.) exceptions will be made, but on a case-by-case basis.
